Starting and scaling a business is a deeply personal endeavour that involves constant risk, uncertainty, and emotional exposure. As entrepreneurs, we are required to be daring, to be “all in” with no guarantee of the outcome. Whether experiencing success or struggle, triumph or failure, it can be difficult to separate the health of our business from how we view and feel about ourselves. Limiting beliefs about our self-worth, imposter syndrome struggles, and fears about how we are perceived by others can stifle our ability to be fully present in our business and with our employees, colleagues, and customers.
Daring Greatly™ – a highly experiential workshop based on the ground-breaking research of Dr. Brené Brown – addresses topics we all experience but seldom talk about: vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. The interactive curriculum was developed to help individuals learn how to show up, be seen, and live braver lives. The primary focus is on learning how to lean into the discomfort of vulnerability, develop shame resilience skills, and create a courage practice that transforms how we lead and work. Utilizing individual exercises and discussion in a small group setting, you are invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that are holding you back from being “all in” in your business, and identify new choices and practices that move you toward more authenticity, creativity, and courage.
Once you have filled out your form, you will be contacted directly by Ivana Mitchell to complete the application process. Ivana will select the final 5 participants for this intensive three day workshop!
