We are thrilled to share our second XcelerateHER story! We are pleased to introduce Joy A. Adams.

Joy is a Financial Advisor, Certified Cash Flow Specialist and Founder and CEO of Covenant Wealth Financial Services. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and helping entrepreneurs to “start right” to increase their chance of startup success. Joy has received several awards and recognitions, including @startupcanada Woman Entrepreneur Icon, for her entrepreneurial spirit and contributions to the startup entrepreneurial ecosystem. Joy is also the Community Director of South Simcoe Community StartUp. An entrepreneurial -led community that provides support to entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses.

The goal behind XcelerateHER is to connect women entrepreneurs to events, peer groups, mentorship, funding, and support. XcelerateHER has partnered with Simcoe County to bring an incredible group of women from various parts of the county to showcase their business and brands. Our hope is to encourage others to be inspired to start up right here in the County of Simcoe.

We invite you to join us as we cultivate a supportive community of women county-wide who will hold the door open for others to succeed in business.
